Performance Threshold

As a result of the 2004 School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document, threshold assessment has now been fully devolved to schools and services. The South West & Mid Wales Consortium therefore has no further role in threshold assessment or the review of previous threshold cases. For further guidance, please refer to the DfCSF Website.
