Making Connections
The Consortium was successful in its 2006/7 bid to the Welsh Assembly Government for funding from the Making the Connections Improvement Fund in order to undertake a Making Connections project.
The Consortium’s Making Connections Project was launched in September 2006.
The Making Connections Project concluded in May 2007. The project identified three key outcomes - an action plan, governance structure, and implementation plan - for an organisation which offers a model for local authority regional collaboration and partnership working which adds value to the work of the individual authorities.
