This group of professional HR officers from the 6 Consortium Auhtorities seek to build on the principles of Consortium working by sharing expertise, knowledge, experiences and working practices. The aim is to ensure a level of consistency in employment practices across our schools and education services whilst allowing for local priorities and variations
