NQT Introduction
Professional development is a key priority for consortium working with a range of jointly developed programmes in place and web access to the professional development programmes for all swamwac Authorities, allowing teachers to access and book online. www.swamwac.org/pdo
This CD has been prepared by Professional Development Coordinators from the six swamwac Authorities as a resource to support you in your Induction year. It is part of an approach to ensure that all newly qualified teachers have access to consistent support and development opportunities, including a three day Induction programme
