  Consistent categorisation of schools, aligning with the developing national framework, to enable identification, challenge and targeted support, to secure school improvement
  
  
• Objective 2 - System Leadership
  Establish a regional approach to the identification, training and deployment of system leaders to secure school improvement, aligning with the developing national approach
  
  
• Objective 3 - Data, Information and Target Setting
  Develop a regional data profile, and regional performance measures including floor and aspirational targets to assist in identification, challenge and targeted support for school improvement.
  Establish a single data unit with clear procedures and protocols for the collection and generation of data and information

  Develop regional literacy and numeracy strategies, monitor the national tests and set targets for improvement
