An audit of leadership roles that contribute to the development and embedding of system improvement and transformation has been undertaken. Eighteen discrete roles have been identified and it is recognised that there is an element overlap in the roles however each role has a specific purpose and unique aspects that will enable the implementation of a differentiated approach.
